I love this thought, Thor! You're totally right why aren't retreats more common overall? Seems like in-office teams use watercoolers, happy hours, company lunches, etc. as a way to incorporate that casual/deeper conversation between their employees. But incorporating retreats even if yearly would be hugely positive for both remote and co-located teams, in my opinion.
