hi and hello

hi all - it’s been a while. last time i said a peep on here was 2020. and since then so many things have happened.

i’ve moved my personal writing over here (morning letters) and wanted to send a note here to any who want to come on over. it felt wrong to export email address and force subscribe you all haha so yes, how is everyone doing?

if you don’t remember me, i was used to write a lot about remote work and the future of work back 2017-2020 timeframe. and now it’s 2025 and work has changed and also stayed in the same in many ways. do we still want to talk about work?

maybe i’ll write about micromanagement next? or working part-time? or what are you facing at work this week? let’s talk about that.

new space where i’ll be writing below for personal notes. remote valley will remain focused on work, mentorship, challenging how we work.
